Dr. Arezou Naderi
Dr. Naderi is an Iranian-American chiropractor. She has over 10 years of experience as a physical therapist in hospitals and overseas outpatient clinics. She continued working as a massage therapist while pursuing her chiropractic degree in the USA. Her over 15 years of experience in the field and her work helping people with musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries have made her an excellent chiropractor.
Dr. Naderi combines traditional chiropractic care with modern alternative treatments. She is highly trained in joint manipulation, mobilization, myofascial release, and rehabilitative exercise. Taking a systematic approach, she addresses the underlying causes of pain and disease while focusing on optimal body function. In addition to providing exceptional chiropractic care, Dr. Naderi goes above and beyond to help her patients achieve their ultimate health and wellness goals.

Dr. Elena has over a decade of experience as an Olympic athlete. She is well-versed in rehabilitation, nutrition, supplementation, and chiropractic techniques. As an elite-level athlete, she knows and understands how to treat a variety of musculoskeletal issues related to sports injuries, training, and active lifestyles.

Dr. Howard Pan
Dr. Pan integrates ancient wisdom with modern medical insights to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. He has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including pain management, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and digestive disorders.
Dr. Pan holds a bachelor of science from Cornell University and both a master’s and a doctorate in acupuncture from the Pacific College of Health and Science. His extensive training includes internships and apprenticeships under renowned practitioners such as Yongen Shi and Hongwei Zhang, giving him a solid foundation in both classical and modern approaches to acupuncture.
Drawing on his diverse training, he developed a unique hybrid protocol for pain management, blending Eastern acupuncture meridians and points with Western biomedical anatomy for more effective treatment outcomes.
Dr. Pan is also active in research, currently focusing on the optimal frequencies for electroacupuncture and the potential applications of artificial intelligence in the field of acupuncture. He approaches life with the ethos of balance: nothing in excess, everything in moderation as the golden mean.

Kiara
Kiara is a licensed massage therapist in New Jersey specializing in sports recovery, mobility enhancement, and relaxation massage. She blends advanced techniques including trigger point therapy, reciprocal stretching, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and correct muscular imbalances.
A former Division I varsity fencer and sports intern for Ohio State’s basketball programs, she brings a deep, intuitive understanding of athletic performance and recovery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Industries from The Ohio State University, with minors in Theater and African and African American Studies.
